hybrids wouldnt be able to handle the loads that gas/diesel engines can. no way your getting close to 550 hp and 800 tq out of a hybrid. and not all trucks/suv' s are gas guzzlers its all how you drive it. the new super duty is capable of getting close to 30-35 mpg. and even if its not a new truck the 97 f150 can get 20 mpg easily. it doesnt matter how much gas/diesel is used its not going to affect the price. the only thing that affects the price is the damn towel heads in the middle east and the us politicians.

then dont buy a truck if your just gonna complain about the milage and gas prices there are actually people who need gas/diesel trucks to make a living and earn money.
